You either love them or hate them – there’s no in between! Power couple Kim and Kanye welcomed their third child via gestational surrogacy on January 15th. North and Saint were joined by baby sister, Chicago West, in the Kardashian clan.

Million Dollar Listing New York real estate broker Fredrik Eklund, and husband Derek Kaplan, welcomed twins! Milla and Fredrik Jr. were conceived with a gestational surrogate, after multiple previous miscarriages. The couple was celebrating Eklund’s 40th birthday in Paris, France, when they heard the news and knew from the timing, it was meant to be.
Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka
Neil and David have seven year old twins that were conceived using the generosity of both an egg donor and a gestational surrogate. In fact, the surrogate had already helped a same-sex couple previously and was a perfect fit. Two embryos were used, one with Neil’s sperm and one with David’s, and both grew! Gideon Scott and Harper Grace were welcomed by the ecstatic couple.

Although they initially attempted to adopt, it was “through fate” that surrogacy became the route Elton and David journeyed upon. Their two sons, Zachary Jackson Levon, 7, and Elijah Joseph Daniel, 5, were conceived using the same surrogate.

Former Married with Children star and Son’s of Anarchy’s badass matriarch, Katey became mom to Esmé Louise, her “beautiful miracle.” At 53 and already mom to Jackson, 21, and Sarah, 23, she went into surrogacy with positive thoughts after receiving news their embryos weren’t the best. They decided if it was meant to be, it was meant to be, and were blessed with sweet Esmé, now 10.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
The Oscar-winning actress and her Country star husband have two daughters together. Nine year old Sunday Rose was carried by Nicole, and her younger sister Faith Margaret, six and a half years old, who was carried by a surrogate mother. Her other two children, Connor and Isabella, were adopted with her now ex-husband, Tom Cruise.
RICKY MARTIN
Another who initially contemplated adoption, Ricky ultimately decided it was much less complicated and time-consuming to begin a surrogacy journey. Although he only ever imagined having one child, his twins, Matteo and Valentino were born to a gestational surrogate in 2008.
